J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez lululemon
Entretien
Interview process was very casual and low-key. It was a group interview and we sat in a circle and answered questions, popcorn style. You had to jump in. Frankly, the women running the interview seemed rather air headed and a little too into the job. The way I look at it, no one actually treats a job at Lulu like a career, but they were pitching it like one. Really seemed to want someone who was all about the company. The job also didn't seem like the kind of thing that stayed at work--they wanted in on your personal dreams and aspirations and for me, I don't want my bosses barging in on my personal life. They may be equipped to be my bosses, but that doesn't give them license to comment on my life.
