The whole process was disrespectful of my time. I didn't interview face to face, but through a phone conversation with the "people and culture" person, who cancelled/rebooked the call twice. I was then asked to do an assignment which took many hours to conceptualize and deliver. I NEVER (still haven't) heard back from the hiring manager and talent scout who gave me the assignment. Just nothing. Nada. Not even an email to say "Thank you for submitting this work. You are not suitable." That would have sufficed. Through the whole process, there was a distinct lack of respect for my time and effort. Definitely not a company I want to work for.
