The process typically includes the following steps:
Application Review
The hiring team reviews all submitted applications and résumés to identify candidates whose experience and qualifications best match the job requirements.
Initial Screening
Selected candidates are contacted for a brief phone or virtual screening. This step confirms basic qualifications, clarifies details from the application, and assesses initial fit and interest.
First Interview
Qualified candidates are invited to a first-round interview, typically conducted by the hiring manager or a panel. This stage focuses on technical skills, relevant experience, and overall suitability for the role.
Second Interview (if applicable)
Top candidates may participate in a second-round interview, which may include situational or behavioral questions, practical exercises, or meetings with team members or leadership.
Reference and Background Checks
References are contacted to verify past employment, performance, and professional conduct. Background checks may also be completed, depending on the position.
Final Selection and Offer
After all evaluations are complete, the hiring team meets to discuss the candidates and make a final decision. The selected candidate will receive a verbal and written offer, outlining compensation and employment terms.
Onboarding
Once the offer is accepted, HR will coordinate onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
