Group interview. I have been employed at lululemon for two holiday seasons, and thought the interview would be easy. Interview started off in the typical lululemon fashion, asking questions about your favorite way to sweat, favorite items of clothing, what are your goals, how do you take feedback, etc. Everyone was lovely and took their turns and gave their answers. I thought it was great, having worked there previously, but ended up NOT getting an offer back, even after having additional schooling and business education that would only enhance the position. Also did not receive an explanation on why they would not re-hire, as I left on good terms with the company previously. There seems to be a lot of inconsistency.

Relatively easy interview, focusing more on your personality and working attitude. The staff there are pretty friendly and give you so much positive energy. The whole process was quite enjoyable
iI had a group interview with 8 people. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions popcorn style and everyone got a chance to answer.

Amazing it was easy not hard and conducted through online platforms easy to access and have good conversation with, need to practice and search up their fabrics beforehand. Must be knowledgable about your own hobbies sports
