I did 2 steps, first a very short and easy screening call about my motivation. Second, I had a take home coding task with 3 days time, for which I got feedback.

I had two interviews: a high-level conversation about my experience with the CTO and a discussion of the (quite time-consuming) take-home task with a senior engineer. Both conversations went (seemingly) very well and the second one ended with “You’ll hear from us very soon! Maybe even today!”. I never heard from them :) This was pretty much the worst interviewing experience I ever had (ghosting is not cool, breaking news).
