Screening was fine, pleasant conversation ! Technical interview however, was a 3 minute assessment (CTO explicitly claimed at the beginning of the interview it would last 3 min) which seems like a weird practice. Questions were easy but understanding them was another thing, and I felt overall it was really a top-down interview rather than an interesting "could we work together" kind of conversation.
