During the interview process, I found the interviewers to be very friendly and kind. After the initial meeting in the first round, they invited me to the next round of general interviews. However, during the interview, I felt they had already made their decision and were not listening to my answers carefully. Unfortunately, they rejected me and did not provide any reason or feedback. I believe that providing feedback to candidates who have made it to later rounds of the hiring process is essential.
