Entretien
I've made a set of interviews with Iyzico. Totally I spent nearly 15 hours including doing their assignment. Actually the person that I had a technical interview with seemed to be experienced about his subject and asked quite good questions about enterprise application development and was a positive person. And their assignment was a good experience to learn about concurrency concepts etc. I thought that I've made a good impression on them so that I reached to final culture interview.
Guys who were doing the final culture interview were also ego-free, positive and neutral to me. The only thing I didn't like in this set of interviews is that I haven't got an offer from the company and they didn't make any explanation about it.
I know it is not so common for Turkish culture but you should at least make an explanation to the candidate who reached to the final stage of an interview. My assumptions about working in a highly corporate company for long years, the amount of salary I am currently getting, my willingness or lack of financial experience.
First interview was face-to-face basic tech interview to know candidate and his basic knowledge about techstack. After that they've sent a case study to finish in couple of days. Case study was about flight management system to integrate a payment provider like iyzico.
