I had an initial screening call, we discussed my interest in the role/company, my experience and my CV. They were happy to move into the next stage (live coding). After a couple of days, I received a message from HR stating that they needed someone with strong professional experience with a certain framework, which was neither a hard requirement in the job description nor mentioned during the screening call. This is not a very good experience. Also, please be mindful that everyone's time is valuable.
