I applied via LinkedIn. I was then given a programming task that I submitted. Then I didn't hear for them for more than 2 weeks. After asking for feedback for my task submission, they invited me for a phone interview where basic questions were asked. I asked about the timeline for next steps and they said that they will get back to me in 1 week and 3 weeks have passed since then. Extremely disorganized and unprofessional company, making candidates spend hours on the programming task but ghosting them without giving any feedback. Extremely disrespectful of people's time. It looks like they are not interested in hiring people anyways, they are maybe just testing their interview process. Stay away from such smalltime companies.
