My experience interviewing for the Product Designer position at inquirED was extremely positive! Although I did not receive an offer, I learned a lot during the process and appreciated their transparency. The organization's current Product Designer and the hiring manager for the role, Emerie, did a wonderful job navigating the current market and an influx of applicants. She prioritized a productive mix of behavioral and technical-style interviews over the course of a month, consisting of four steps. While there were many, here are some pros that I would like to highlight: - Consistent and clear communication. - Welcoming team atmosphere. - Organized structure that flowed seamlessly. - Always providing ample time for me to ask questions. From beginning to the end, I felt valued, respected and supported. The organization's inclusive nature fostered an authentic environment where I could showcase my true potential and skills.
