You will screened by the HR, if passed to be interviewd by the Team Manager. If passed, you will be goin on culture fit abd to be interviewed by the President depending on the position.

I don't think they are professional people. The people who interviewed me showed no interest when I was talking about my experience, my resume and all. They also don't give feedback about the status of the application. I mean it's fine if I didn't make it to the next selection process; it's just great if they can provide a feedback to their candidates!
