Very thorough interview process, quick and to the point. The account case study was a little difficult. They are clear regarding who they want and why. The product market fit seems to be outstanding.

I was referred to the hiring manager by a recruiter. This was by far, the most strange and unprofessional interview experiences I have ever had. The interviewer had to reschedule twice and then was late for her own reschedule. She lived near my hometown and I made initial conversational chat that she made it clear she was ignoring. It was rude to say the least......moving beyond her bad manners she began to ask strange questions that she seemed to be making up on the spot...questions that really were not pretinent to the opportunity or me as a candidate....at one point she asked me what my 'favorite letter' of the MEDPICC sales model was (huh?)....she seemed to be frustrated by the fact that I didn't have a favorite and, bluntly, canceled the remainder of the interview almost gleefully informing me that I was not qualified!!!! WOW!!! Total elapsed time, ten minutes!
