Recruiter first, followed by hiring manager. Then a battery of peers. Probably 8 calls in total. After that significant time investment they had no follow up. I chased them down and got the run around, still no definitive yes or no. That was over a month ago now. Completely unprofessional to invest that much time and not bring it to conclusion. Even more annoying since they are the ones who initiated contact.
