The interview process was thorough, efficient and worth the time it took to get through all the steps involved. I started with a phone interview with the HR department which then led to two on-site meetings with several team members (including the leadership team) at the Oak Park office. I found this to be helpful in making an informed decision whether I was a right fit for the company and them for me. This company focuses heavily on creating a positive culture and I can appreciate the thoroughness of the interview process to ensure this happens.
