The first process is to submit the resume. Upon that there will be a one way video chat after that you will be invited for a call interview. If you clear that there would be a two panel video interview and after successfully completing it, you will be offered the job position.

Initially, I had a screening call with a recruiter who assessed my background and interest in the role. After that, I participated in interviews with various team members and hiring managers, where we delved into my knowledge of digital advertising strategies, campaign management tools, and analytical skills.

Can you walk me through a specific digital advertising campaign you managed in the past, highlighting the strategies you employed, the key performance indicators (KPIs) you focused on, and any challenges you encountered along the way?
I was interviewed via a phone screen by the hiring manager and the process went really well. It was easy and efficient. I then had to do a skills assessment test and received an offer.
