I was called by a recruiter and then fixed a telephone interview following by a face to face interview. Which happened in one weeks time. The interview went good, they kept on asking competency based questions and they wanted someone who got exellent customer service skills.

Interview process was conducted in three different stages:
The first one was with HR, the second with an operation manager and the last interview was with the global operation director.
Most in depth queries related to the role were asked during the second interview, questions were mostly scenario based.

Entretien
Plenty of information on what the role entailed and what was expected in the position . A few competency based questions . Technical level and abilities assessed also at this stage. A positive experience all round.
