Entretien
After an initial call, they forwarded a task in which I had to do a code challenge along with an architecture presentation. The task was simple. The second call dint go well. They had not thought enough how to organize the call. I was expecting a skype call and they pinged me exactly when I am supposed to get the call to switch to google hangout. They said that they are trying something new. The funny thing was there were 3 people sitting in the same room attending video calls in three different machines. I had to listen to my echoes when I spoke and their voice was not clear. One of the guys' mic was not working well. Adding to everything there was a lag in the network. Also I realised they dint read my CV well and it is a complete waste of time. Thats the worst interview I have ever had. Now I can believe all bad reviews about their interview process :)

Entretien
I applied online. My experience and education (CS in top US uni) was more than enough for the job description. However the HR girl thought otherwise. I wonder if she could understand even 10% of my CV. I was rejected with an automatic email, no actual explanation. It might ageism in the developer teams, according to the photos they are all young and beautiful.
