First call was a personal online interview with HR recruiter and Tech Lead of the project. They asked about my work experience. my goals and failures & success stories. They asked some normal j2ee and java question. Next round was a task. I was given a task to develop an rest api and frontend for a online application. Task was simple and no restriction on frontend language, I used react not jquery. Third round was again a personal onsite interview with the same HR, Tech Lead and other team which includes a frontend developer, backend developer, desighner and a product guy. They had questions about my task. The whole team was very good and experience was positive.

It was about a 20-minute phone interview with one HR person. After self-introduction, she asked several questions (e.g. tell me more about your previous work experience). The interview was uncomfortable because of the phone. I wonder why they do not interview online.
