2.) Video call with hiring manager focused on culture fit/behavioural interview
3.) Take home coding test - small Python project to implement a very basic backend API
4.) Another video call with hiring manager focused on technical skills knowledge

Question 1
Behavioural fit question: What do you do when a stakeholder approaches you and demands that you drop everything and work on their issue? What if they claim it's a higher priority than anything else you're working on? What if your manager is not present to take care of the negotiation of priorities? What if the demand is coming from the CEO?
Technical question(s): What are the 4 principles of object-oriented programming? When does inheritance make sense? Name some design patterns and their uses.
