The interview was pretty easy. The girl asked me basic questions like about a time I worked in a team, my strengths and weaknesses, and why i’m interviewing for Itan. It was comfortable and fairly simple.

Super quick and easy- smile and be happy. Ask questions and give honest answers. They call you and ask when you can meet and for information about yourself. The girls there are super nice and make you feel welcome

Applied and received a call within a couple days. I met with a girl who I believe was the manager . She asked very basic questions such as my strengths, weaknesses, and asked me to tell her about myself , it was a fairly simple interview . She called me back the next day to schedule an interview with the district manager. I had to drive all the way to Del Mar (mind you, I applied for a Carlsbad or Vista position). So i drove all the way there and back for a 10 minute interview (if that) . She asked me how long i saw myself working there. And that was basically it. Said she’d call within 48 hours.
