not bad there was nothing to write about because the was no interview, i sent the application ,they sent the training programm set the exam and i passed the exam and i am now working

The interview process consisted of a series of tests. You have to pass each test in order to move onto the next. Once you successfully complete all the tests, you are given a contract to work with iSoftStone as an independent contractor. After the application, a recruiter gets in contact via email. They provide you with study materials to help you prepare for your skills test. Read them and reread them! Without them, you will not be able to progress through the interview process. After you take the test, your recruiter will be in contact to provide feedback. They will also let you know whether or not you progress to the next round. There weren't any typical interview questions, i.e., what are your strengths and weaknesses. Instead, the hiring decision is based on whether or not you can pass the series of skills tests.
