Mostly just asking about my resume with a few technical questions (Entry Level/new grad)
First a phone screen with recruiter, one on one interview, and then an entire work day where i interviewed with 10 different people over zoom, some whom i would be reporting to and others less related.
Recruiter was all over me during this interview process, calling and texting all the time, multiple times i pulled over to pick up my phone, had to stop what i was doing, etc, just for him to talk my ear off like a sales person and try to flatter me to get me interested? It was already one of my top choices. I thought they were serious about me.
After 8 hours of interviews that ate my week up, they told me I would hear from them two days later, nothing. I called, was told early next week, then nothing. Called again, was told they would let me know by the end of the week; at that point i didnt believe them. Why tell me you will decide so soon if you cant? Like its okay, I would have understood if they were realistic and said they were interviewing others and it would be few weeks. I really thought I had an offer coming because they were acting so urgent. Then they ghosted me for 4 more weeks before sending a generalize "sorry we went with another candidate" email. No feedback on why they didn't go with me.
My interviews felt like they went really well. I don't think you should interview so many people for entire days like that. Still waiting on my paycheck for those days (lol)
