I was contacted by the recruiter for a phone screen. HR representative did not seem very happy to speak me. In most of my previous HR phone screens the person at least seemed to fake acting happy to speak to me. This was not the case here. It almost seemed like talking to me was a huge burden. Almost glad I didn't get to move forward because she did not project being in a happy work environment.
