Entretien
Applied online and the next day received a call to complete an in person interview. The interview was scheduled for the day after, only last 10 minutes. Very straight to the point but covered all the information needed. The interviewer asked me to explain my background a bit and what I was looking to receive for pay. He told me that I was a great fit but the hiring manager would make the final decision. The day after my interview, I received an email with an offer for a Sr. CSR role vs CSR I applied for. Very easy process.

Entretien
Simple, straight-forward. Remote interviews are conducted with staging rooms to facilitate both, open-door interviewees, and specific candidates with invites for select positions. Recruiters very helpful and polite, available at basically anytime and will honestly answer all of your questions. Entire process is transparent and well-communicated. They will make multiple attempts to reach you.

Was pretty easy and feel like it was not as hard as I expected. You do not need to be prepared for this interview. All basic questions and you will be hired in few days if you are the right candidate.
