Easy to connect with the interviewer and the interview itself was fairly normal. Relevant questions were asked, creative questions were asked, I was told I'd hear back in a few days.

Hiring process was very positive. Received an offer, talked it over with my family for about a week, and accepted the position. Very accommodating. Two interviews: one phone interview and one in person at the office. the interview was very standard for the industry. They requested a portfolio and resume and I optimized both to cater to the company's specific business. Make sure you research a company before you apply.
