The company overall seems interesting based on the profile they are building and the growth. But in my 12 years of career, I had the worst experience in an interview. The interviewer was very immature and am sure does not have minimum knowledge of corporate behavior. He humiliates, he thinks he is the boss, overall no words to describe what he really has in his mind, but my bad luck ended up there. I wish HR or the senior experts in the company identifies this and corrects it. I have huge respect for Imerit being an Indian company run by Radha Basu and the growth they are seeing. All the best.
