Entretien
Had initial interview with HR. Asked to then speak with Chief Revenue Officer a week later. Completed that interview and at the end was asked to speak with CFO and the last step was to fly to corporate and meet the c-suite. Next business day received a generic rejection email by 9am. Sent email to HR and CRO requesting feedback. Although I was disappointed, I was not angry but just asked for constructive feedback as one professional to another. No response from either. I found this to be very disrespectful and unprofessional. I know this is a fairly common practice by companies but I am not looking for a "common company" and neither should you. I wondered if this was how they treated their employees and clients. I could only draw conclusions by what I experienced. Companies will continue this terrible practice until they as called out and held accountable. I hope you found this helpful. Good luck.
