I had 4 interviews for this position but all were done within the span of a three week period. Everyone I met with was friendly and engaging, both asking me questions and allowing space for me to ask my own.

Entretien
I started the interview process in early January 2023. All went well because I was offered the position a few weeks later to which I accepted. My initial start date was mid-February, which had to be pushed back because they were "experiencing delays". Okay, fine. The start date was pushed back further and further over the next few weeks, and I had multiple back and forth emails with the recruiter. I emailed the recruiter one last time in March for an update on the job status and she ended up ghosting me. Haven't heard from her since February. Needless to say, I don't think I missed out on an opportunity. I don't want to work for a company that has a lack of communication and professionalism.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself and what have you done that aligns with the position.
Spoke with two senior members of the Account Management team as well as the recruiters before the first round interview and after when I received my offer. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, the recruiter is based out of a smaller company called Unified, so I almost missed their call when they reached out with the offer, so be aware of that!
