The process took four months and it was not clear what they were looking for, and the status of the position was confusing at best throughout the entire process. In the end, I had to call them to find out the status of my final interview decision even though they knew their decision for an entire week. After four months of dragging it out, a quick call immediately upon deciding is only fair.
