Talked to recruiter on phone, phone interview went well, and asked to come to the station. Drove 50 miles to interview, interviewers would only speak to me for a few minutes. Two people interviewed me. Do not think job was actually open. Followed up with the hiring manager, who would not respond. No second interview or offer although experienced traffic people difficult to find in this market.

They cancelled my interview via text 2 minutes before start and never called to rescedule. Very unprofessional and a waste of my time. They seemed like they were very interested but couldn't give me any information on the job.
