I submitted an application online and they emailed me to set up an interview. I interviewed with one person and then after that interview I did a exercise for the job and sent them my answers. After that I had a second interview with 6 people. The day after the interview they offered me the job.

After submitting my application I was contacted within a couple days to set up an interview. During my first interview I was asked basic questions about myself and given information about the company and the position then set up a second interview with the team leads. During the second interview I was asked more technical questions to determine job compatibility and told to wait to hear back on a final decision. Another couple days later I received a call and an email with an offer to accept the position.
