Simple, asked to perform a mock math question and some questions about the company/yourself. For the mock question, you were able to choose from math or reading, whichever you felt more comfortable with.

Done over Zoom. About an hour long. First portion was the typical interview questions of "what do you know about the company," "why do you want to work for this company," etc. The second portion was a kind of role play where the interviewer pretends to be a 5th grade student needing help with math. They give you the question and give you 3 minutes or so to "prepare" and plan out how you might go about helping the student. Then you try and teach the student for about 2-3 minutes, then they pause and give you some feedback about what they want to see you try and add, and then the last 2-3 minutes to finish attempting to teach the student and incorporate the feedback. Then they give you some information about the company and how it all works. Got an email 3 business days later with an offer.

Question 1
How would you rank these subjects in terms of wanting to teach them on a scale from 1-10: math, science, reading, and writing.

Asked generic questions regarding your strengths and hypotheticals involving student behaviour. They ask your experience with teaching. After, they have you simulate a tutoring session by having you walk the interviewer through an absurdly easy STAAR question.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
- Tell us about yourself.
- What are some of your strengths?
- Why should we hire you?
- If a student wasn't paying attention while you were teaching, how would you re-engage them?
- If a student told you they didn't see the point in learning a subject, what would you say?
etc.
