It is very long, there are about 4 steps and then a course. However, the course is fun and interesting! They call you, then there is a credibility exam in front of a computer. if you pass these two you are called to come for a day of group examination that includes 2 steps. If you pass all that, you get an interview with the store manager. If you complete all the process you go to the store you have been assigned to and follow one of the veteran workers until they send you to do a short course.
