J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris plus d'une semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez iD Tech Camps
Entretien
Very simple. Mix of questions about technology experience, teaching/volunteering experience, and "how would you do this" questions. If you have some tech experience and you're enthusiastic, you'll do fine. The whole interview took about an hour and was over the phone. Use your common sense for questions about how you would handle certain situations, and try to dumb down explanations of how tech works to demonstrate how you would explain it to beginners and younger kids.
Online application and then a zoom interview. Process was really simple and straightforward. They asked basic questions like how you would deal with trouble shooting with parents and kids, and how you handle time management.
Two rounds: you first submit a video of you teaching a lesson it can be on any subject, and then a zoom interview with regional manager where you go over different scenarios and how you would react
Had to record an example of a quick lesson, teaching some material from their list of topics. Then there was a phone interview of behavioral questions, and gauging what topics you understood.
