Ironically, iCIMS presents itself as a company offering the software tools to provide the best candidate experience, but they certainly don't walk the walk! After more than 5 interviews, they didn't bother to follow up for weeks and even after being politely chased for feedback several times. The talent person had completely disappeared from the face of the earth. After a long while however, an automated email with a very-old fashioned looking header landed in my inbox with some generic rejection copy. Not impressed at all. Some people were really good and nice during the interview rounds but the HR process is disrespectful and quite frankly, hypocritical.
