I went through an initial phone screening that reviewed my qualifications with a HR representative. Together, we were able to identify the type of thing I would be more interested in doing at iCIMS and was invited to speak with the head of the department during a phone interview. Next, I was invited to the campus to attend an in person interview where I met members of the team I would be working with.
