Entretien
A recruiter reached to me via phone and had a 15-20min introduction conversation. I was instructed to complete a CCAT assessment as well as a personality assessment before being considered for an in person interview. Once completed I was contacted within 3 days to set an appointment. The interview process was 90mins and I met with 3 people. The recruiter, senior manager, and my direct manager. The recruiter was there to help with any initial questions on the company and how to interview, the senior manager gave the overall detail of what iCims is and what the roadmap would look like working for them. The manager asked questions to understand my background and where I came from. Overall the experience was great!

Entretien
I originally applied for a different position. I had a phone screening with the recruiter, and completed the CCAT assessment. The recruiter thought I would be a better fit for another opening and I applied to that one. Overall I was pleased with the process, transparency, and turnaround time.

Entretien
I was referred by an internal employee for this position. First I had a phone interview, and then an in-person interview. Process took about one week total. Definitely a positive interview experience, I liked how the in-person interview felt more like a conversation rather than an interrogation.
