I went on about 7 interviews with a variety of individuals from manager to VP. All were very well received and I was told that I was a great fit for the role. After 4+ months of interviewing I was told that the company decided to move forward without filling the role. This is after being in constant touch with the hiring manager. I was disappointed and surprised that a company who specializes in resource management would treat potential hires that way.
