I met an iCIMS recruiter at the Career Fair at Brookdale Community College. We discussed a few opportunities that iCIMS was looking to fill. A few days after speaking with the TA specialist at the fair, I was contacted by email and phone regarding this Account Development position.
The TA specialist explained the role and the hiring process and arranged for the first round of interviews. athese interviews were very helpful because they involved people from different levels of the organization that explained the role and the expectations and mission. Those interviews lasted a total of 2 1/2 hours but flew by quickly.
The second round of interviews was with the account executives that work sales directly with the potential customers. They explained their mission and how I would be involved in this role. I also met with someone who is already in the same role as I was interviewing for.
The interview process was very thorough and answered many questions. However, they left time in the interview for me to ask any additional questions.
Overall, the process was very thorough and transparent.
