The overall interview process was simple and easy. The recruiter and HM did a great job staying in contact with me throughout the entire process. After I was referred for the position I was contacted by the recruiter and had a quick 15 minute discussion, I then had a follow up discussion with the HM which was around 30-40 minutes. I was then scheduled for an in person interview which consisted of a panel interview with 3 people as well as a 1:1 interview with the HM.

Met with stakeholders from across product, engineering, and go-to-market teams. I already knew many of the folks there through college recruiting channels, so the process was very friendly, streamlined, and professional.

The interview process consisted of 2 rounds of phone screens and a 3 hr on-site interview. Several recruiters were lending a hand throughout this process and were very prompt in following up via email. The main topic during these phone screens / onsite interview was about my current experience as a business analyst. They asked about how I gather requirements, communicate with stakeholders, and groom the backlog. My advice for anyone else who decides to apply to iCIMS is to follow up after each step. The recruiters were very prompt in replying to these emails and always set expectations at the progress of the interview process.
