The interview process went great! Especially love the recruiter who always gave me feedback in few days.
The interview process will have 3 steps:
1. Phone interview with recruiter: initial questions to see if there's a match
2. Phone interview with the hiring manager: in-depth product manager questions related to the profile iCIMS are looking for
3. On-site interview with the hiring manager and his peers you will closely working with: in depth questions about product management, iCIMS culture, collaboration, cases
Understanding well what iCIMS is looking for and how you will contribute to create a win-win situation will help you a lot in the process.
Felt like a conversation both ways. I had the opportunity to interview them as well. Nice environment and welcoming. Right amount of time as well. Felt instantly that I wanted to be a part of this culture

The interview process was efficient and it was great to meet with leaders from across the business during the process. The whole process was very down to earth, asking me about my experience.

Entretien
1) Online Application
2) Screening Interview with Talent Acquisition
3) CCAT Online Profiling
4) Phone Interview with Hiring Manager
5) In-person interview with hiring manager and 2 peers (2 hours)
Timeline for the 5 steps above was a bit lengthy. Calls and eMails to the Talent Acquisition professional (and I use that term loosely) to move things along were never answered.
My last interview was in late September. I followed up with thank you eMails and several phone calls to HR/TA asking for status and have been met with total silence. At this point, my assumption is that they hired another candidate.
As an organization that provides Talent Acquisition solutions and prides itself on best practices and being best in class, they really do not walk the talk.
Very disappointing.
