I liked the process itself and the people, it went nice and fast. Still my overall experience is negative because I got rejected unfairly imo. One digital meeting about myself which was nice, sort of culture fit talk en what they're looking for and what your skills are etc. 2nd interview is a verbal technical assessment on-site , it went pretty good for me, managed to explain more advanced concepts and how to fix bad designs (design patterns, SOLID, OOP) etc. I personally liked them and the process, sadly I wasnt senior enough according to them and it would take too long to onboard me, which I heavily disagree with unfortunately because I already have good experience with their tech stack and the questions they asked weren't representative of senior skill nor their tech stack. No questions about Docker, CI/CD, Elasticsearch or Kibana...
