I did the Phone Screening interview. Interviewer was very informative and took time to actively listen to my questions. Made the call comfortable which is a breath of fresh air.

Weirdest experience. I only had an initial interview with the recruiter. It wasn’t really an interview it was more of just a conversation about my experience and the role. Honestly it went great and I felt confident that I would move on to the next interview (she told me I would). She made a point to tell me multiple times that she would be in contact with me & to text or email her anytime and she would get back to me. She told me that she hates when recruiters leave people hanging. She let me know i would receive an email confirming next steps likely later that day but at least within the next 2-3 days. ITS BEEN A MONTH! I’ve followed up multiple times and haven’t heard anything (Yes, I’ve checked my junk folder). So disrespectful and professional. I wouldn’t be so irritated if she didn’t tell me at least 5 times that she would not leave me hanging. So bizarre.
