Phone interview to start which was followed by a video interview. They ask about prior experience and why you would be a good fit. It's not overly formal, and my interviewer was approachable and easy going.

Video interview, then 2 more interviews including role play. Interviewer is the customer and you’ll get a feel for what a real sales call with them will feel like. Relax and you will be fine.
I’ve had a great interview process so far! I appreciate the prompt responses from HR. They seem like a good company! I also appreciate the assessments. I learned quite a bit while taking them.
