There are three phases in the selection process. First, there is an IQ test which is needed to be submitted within 30 minutes. Then there is the technical interview. The technical interview was conducted by a software architect. Asked the general interview questions such as OOP, SQL, etc. Gave a database scenario to solve. Then give me a coding challenge to solve. Then comes the final interview with the CEO. This interview made me realize that even if I get selected I would not go to this job. The CEO was pretty rude throughout the interview which lasted only 6 minutes. First asked me to explain myself. Then asked me to explain my family background. After explaining my family background he asked me what are my parents' jobs. At this point, I'm not even sure whether this is professional at all. I was not there to put my kids into a school. Next time I'll be sure to put my parent's job in my CV. Then came the worst part of the entire interview., he asked me what are the questions I have. I asked about the probationary period. He replied, I would never forget this dialogue, "Probationary period is one year, We'll ask you to leave within 2 weeks if you are not good enough, Thank you" and he hung up the interview call. I stopped mid way when I was about to say Thank you. I was only able to say "Thank..". Worst interview of my entire life.
