Interview process was definitely lackluster. I expected better of Gbg. I did a video interview, so HR was interviewing me from their bed. That wasn’t the worst part, though. The kicker was when they told me that they already hired someone internal for the position, but still wanted to interview for future opportunities. Had I known this, I would’ve politely declined the interview. Job seekers want transparency when choosing companies and Gbg dropped the ball on this one. Waiting till the day of the interview shows a lack of professionalism and consideration for one’s time.
