First meeting with HR, went fine. Technical meeting next was with only one person from go-e side: a junior/midlevel employee.. It struck me as odd as they were interviewing alone, without a more senior colleague present (since this was also for a senior position). I thought I did well, but I was outright rejected without having the chance to take the homework.
