It was very good and comfortable. It was just a one on one conversation between the manager and I. It didn't feel like I was being attacked with questions, it just felt like a casual conversation.

What was something you had to overcome in a past job?
Very easy. Walked in to drop off resume and heard back quickly. In interview picked out a cute outfit for a mannequin and talked with managers. also helped a customer.
The interview process was two parts. First, they ask you normal behavioral questions, then you move to the next step and they have you style an outfit for a fake client.

Short, quick, and efficient interview process. Mostly spoke of availability, willingness to learn a protocol that asks you to be sociable and to approach customers, and willingness to embrace the tenets of the company.
