Initially my phone interview went well. They scheduled an interview in Houston, and I drove in for it. From the moment I stepped into the offices it was mayhem. No one was at the front desk for roughly 15 minutes. When I finally went into my interview, I felt like the person sitting across from me thought she was Miranda Priestly. She began the interview in an aggressive manner, essentially dictating exactly what would be expected (I appreciate that in a normal place of business), but the tasks and 'ideas' she had were archaic, missed the mark, and completely devoid of any kind of beneficial strategy. How she got her position I'll never know, but I do know not a single person in the office smiled at her when I was walked through. That in and of itself was a huge red flag. I was pretty much done at that point.
